Lower Beeding is a village and civil parish in the Horsham District of West Sussex, England. It lies on the B2110, B2115 and A281 roads 3.5 miles (5.6 km) southeast from Horsham. The main village is centred around the church (Holy Trinity) and pub (The Plough) where the B2115 meets the B2110, but the hamlets of Crabtree (to the south-west) and Plummer's Plain (to the north-east) are also considered to be part of the village. The main attraction was Leonardslee Gardens, but these were closed to the public after 30 June 2010.

At Plummer's Plain there is a spring that is the official source of the River Ouse that eventually exits into the sea at Newhaven.

The South Lodge Hotel in Lower Beeding was the venue for the 2009 G20 Summit meeting of finance ministers.[2]
